This week I consciously made the effort to make some people feel welcome on this earth. I felt a shift in myself with not taking on others comments to heart. I was more at peace with myself this week.

My successes this week included staying calm in the face of adversity
I went for walks in the sun and also in the cold, damp weather
I did not chastise myself as much as I often do
I asked my body for forgiveness
I got up each morning, got dressed and embraced the day exactly as it showed up

Successes this week? Hmm this email didnt come thru in time ystday before I went up to Ballet, so feel a little late catching up.
Successes just keeping up with things and on top of things despite a few hiccups.
Success with organising a weekend away, and having the night in hotel with both girls, finding the right place and food pre show, all agreeing and getting to the show intact.
Success in as much as I have been very focused on this online gratitude programe.

I am thankful that I realize I only really need to be accountable for my own feelings and reactions
I am thankful that I am consciously more and more being aware of creating my own reality in a very positive way
I am thankful for all the amazing blessings I have in my life with every breath
I am one hundred percent thankful for my most amazing family
I am thankful that I am allowing myself to create the career which really suits me, my life path is becoming more clear everyday
I am thankful that from within I create the reality that surrounds me
I am thankful that I am actually aware of the process of manifestation and honor the gift of free will
I am thankful that I have the ability to be a part of the creation of goodness, positivity, thankfulness, love and sharing of all these qualities
I am dearly thankful for being an energetic part of this planet
I am thankful for the great energy of ONENESS
I am thankful for the guidance I have received over my lifetime

I am grateful for becoming more 'whole'.
